On any species, pick a form, enter a weight in grams or kilograms, and add it to your cart. The minimum per line is 25 g. If we don’t have enough on hand, most species can be made to order instead.

When you ask for more than we have on hand, that line is made to order and the button reads “Pre-order.” The whole order ships together, estimated about three weeks out. You can cancel for a full refund until the cancel-by date, one week after ordering, on the cancel page. After that date the order stands, unless we can’t supply it, in which case we refund in full.

Yes, until it ships. Use the cancel page with your order number and email.

Flat $6.95 within the continental US. Orders of $75.00 or more ship free. Orders leave within 2–3 business days of payment.

Sealed bags with a desiccant pack, labeled with species, form, net weight and lot code.

Monero (XMR) and Bitcoin (BTC) online, and cash for local pickup orders. After you place an order you’ll get the payment address and total. Orders ship once payment confirms.

Yes. Email us with the species, form or mesh size, and quantity for a quote. Lines over 10 kg are quoted separately.

Opened bags can’t be returned. If a package arrives damaged or the seal is broken, email a photo of the label within 7 days and we’ll replace it.

Keep bags sealed, dry and away from light. Powder is a fine particulate; open and pour it without raising dust.

The code identifies the species, the month logged and the batch: HE-2610-A is Lion’s Mane, October 2026, batch A. Look it up on the lot lookup page.
